Continuing Operations During the Coronavirus – We Are Still Here to Serve You

We want you to know that we are still up and running during the Coronavirus crisis. We are considered to be an “essential service” according to the New York State guidelines.

In order to keep everyone safe, healthy, and informed, we are providing you a combination of remote and on-site services.

Our office manager, Licia, is working remotely, but is still receiving e-mails and calls. Please understand that we will try to get back to you as soon as possible, given the current circumstances.

The federal government and most state governments have delayed your April 15th tax filing and tax payment deadlines for all personal and business income tax returns until July 15, 2020. This includes your 1Q 2020 estimated tax payments due on April 15, 2020.

There are extensive changes and updates due to the COVID-19 crisis that may affect you:

• new tax law changes,
• special government offerings,
• unemployment filing opportunities,
• small business administration loans and grants, and
• other programs becoming available.

We will be posting additional blogs on our website to help keep you informed. We will also try to reach out to you directly via e-mails and/or calls.

We are working diligently, to the best of our ability, to help you navigate your way through these changes and programs, as well as continue to work with you on your ongoing planning efforts.

We are setting up remote meetings wherever possible, using technology such as Zoom.

We are continuing to do a lot of training to stay on the cutting edge of all these changes and programs, and we continue to strengthen our partnerships with our extensive network of strategic partners.

You can continue to reach us via telephone, e-mail, and provide us documentation electronically via Secure Drawer and other electronic methods. We are still receiving U.S. mail and services from express mail providers such as FedEx.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with your questions or concerns.

Stay safe and stay healthy and let us know how we can continue to serve you better in these trying times.

Kind regards,
Catherine & Bharti
