An undergraduate student at Iona University currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in accounting. Fijona expects to graduate in May of 2026 and plans on continuing her education by pursuing her MBA in Accounting. Once eligible she plans to sit for the CPA exam, ultimately completing her goal of becoming a CPA.

Fijona joined the CGA team in February of 2023. Fijona’s role consists of summarizing and analyzing tax documents, preparing planning memos, and creating other tax summary spreadsheets for clients. She also assists with tax returns of individuals, businesses, fiduciaries, and not-for-profits. She is proficient with QuickBooks and continues to work on clients through different platforms. Fijona enjoys working at CGA and is excited to learn and grow with the team.

Living in Putnam County with her siblings and family, Fijona enjoys spending time with her family on the weekends. At school she is a member of Beta Alpha Psi, Accounting Club, and Woman in Business Club. Fijona is fluent in English and Albanian. She enjoys traveling, especially to her parent’s home country of Kosovo.
