Licia keeps the office running smoothly, handles technical issues, and is our first point of contact for scheduling client appointments and addressing customer questions and concerns. With more than 12 years of experience in the Accounting field, Licia’s expertise includes tax data entry, preparation of tax spreadsheets, bookkeeping, payroll and sales tax filing, in addition to her office management responsibilities. Licia is also a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor.

Born in Mola di Bari, Italy, Licia moved to the US with her family as a young teenager. She holds her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from the American University of Rome. She is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish and uses her language skills on the job, including translating foreign tax returns and documents, when needed.

Licia is an excellent team player, is self-motivated, meticulous, and strives to excel at everything she works on. Her very calm and pleasant disposition makes her a pleasure to work with. (She also makes the best latte you have ever tasted!)

Licia lives in Dutchess County, with her husband and two children. She enjoys cooking, fine wine, traveling and spending quality time with her friends and family.
