Namrata Vyas is a Certified Public Accountant with nearly 20 years of experience advising founders, private equity sponsors, and multinational organizations on tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and business valuation advisory. 

She has extensive experience supporting valuation engagements for mergers and acquisitions, shareholder transactions, financial reporting, succession planning, and strategic business decisions.

Prior to joining Censullo, Gupta & Associates, CPA, LLP, Namrata served as Senior Director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Portage Point Partners.

Before that, she spent more than a decade with Ernst & Young's Transaction Tax practice, advising clients across financial services, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, and energy. She also led EY's U.S. tax desk in London, assisting multinational companies with inbound U.S. tax and cross-border matters. 

By combining deep transaction experience with financial analysis and valuation methodologies, she helps business owners, and their advisors understand the economic value of their businesses and make informed decisions throughout the business lifecycle.

She holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Fordham University and is a member of the AICPA and the NYSSCPA.
